- 10:45 – start of the 8 km race
- 11:00 – start of the 14 km race
- cca 13:00 – prize giving ceremony (first three in each category) and a raffle

- courses lead on paved and unpaved roads, on paths and meadows, partly along asphalt roads (with a limited traffic) in a beautiful nature of Divoka Sarka
- two courses, approx. lenghts 8 and 14 km

- after the registration you will receive an e-mail with payment instructions (if not, check also bulk and spam folders)
- if the payment is not received within three days after the registration, your registration will be deleted and you need to enter again
- any additional fees charged by our bank for the transfer will be collected from you at the registration – if you do not have Czech account, please contact us at info@pragueparkrace.cz
- race capacity is limited to 500 participants
- entry fee (same for both courses):
- 390 CZK for registered until 30. 4. 2024
- 450 CZK for registered until 31. 5. 2024
- 500 CZK for registered after 31. 5. 2024
- 550 CZK for registration or/and payment on the spot, if there is a capacity
- kids race entry fee: 60 CZK on-line, 100 CZK on site
- end of on-line registration: 19. 6. 2024 (if the capacity of the race is not filled earlier)
During on-line registration you can order:
- a functional T-shirt for 390 CZK, only until 10. 3. 2024:
- a sports headband with PPR logo for 190 CZK:
- entry fee includes:
- start number
- time-keeping non-returnable chip
- gifts from partners of the race
- marked route
- refreshment on the course and at the finish
- medal for finishers
- photos for download after the race
- transfer of the registration to another person:
- is possible for free until Thursday 20:00 before the race
- then on the spot for a fee of 50 CZK
- send the changes by e-mail to info@pragueparkrace.cz (the change is valid only after receiving the answer)
- the request must come from the registered person’s email and must include the name, surname, year of birth and e-mail of the newly registered person
- change of registration means consent to the conditions of the race

- women (“zeny”) 14 km
- Z20 – women under 29 years
- Z30 – women 30-39 years
- Z40 – women 40-49 years
- Z50 – women over 50 years
- men (“muzi”) 8 km
- M30 – men under 39 years
- M40 – men 40-49 years
- M50 – men 50-59 years
- women (“zeny”) 8 km
- Z30 – women under 39 years

PRIZE GIVING AND A RAFFLE:
- we award the first three in each category
- prizes can not be changed (eg. because of bad size, color, etc.)
- there will be a raffle of valuable prizes from our partners after the prize-giving ceremony
- put a paper strip “TOMBOLA” attached to your start number to a bag at a designated place
- all prizes will be handed over only to present competitors upon showing their start numbers
- all awarded people must be present with their start number
COMPETITION RULES:
- the race takes place in the natural park Sarka-Lysolaje – please respect the beautiful nature around
- we run in the spirit of fair play
- running with a dog or other animal is prohibited
- it is forbidden to move outside the marked paths and to destroy or disturb the nature and wildlife in any way
- throw waste away only at the refreshment zone or bring it back to finish
- entry fee is not refundable in case of absence (registration is transferable)
- starting number and chip are not transferable to another person, violation may leads to disqualification
- non-picked start numbers and gifts, t-shirts and other, finisher medals, prizes for the best, and prizes from the raffle can not be picked later or otherwise claimed
- everyone participates at his/her own risk and by entering the race he undertakes to respect the rules of the race
- participants younger than 18 years can take part only with the consent of the legal guardian
- the organizer is not responsible and does not cover any damage to health and property arising in any connection with the race
- in the case of extreme weather threatening the health of competitors, or due to other reasons that the organizer cannot influence, the organizer may postpone the start, cancel the race or choose another date; the paid starting fee is not refunded, but it can be transferred to another event specified by the organizer
- the organizer has the right to disqualify a competitor in a case of braking these rules
- the organizer reserves the right to make changes in the program and in these rules without prior notice
GDPR:
- all pictures and video taken during the race by the organizer can be used for future promotion of races organized by the organizer
- if you do not agree with being photographed, report it explicitly to the photographer
- the data filled at registration is not provided to third parties (except for e-mail, see below) and serves only for the starting and results lists; access to those data have only the time-keeping company Irontime and the organizer – PPR sport, z.s.
- filled e-mail address may be used for sending information about the race and other events organized by the organizer and for marketing purposes of the General partner
